I booked a room with a comfy bed, a private safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was not far from the channel that surrounds the city and the garden and the Almelose canal.

The hotel was in a MAGNIFICENT location, on a canal. Moreover, it's short walk to a taxi, the centre of the lovely town of Zwolle, and the channel that surrounds the city.

Got a double room as expected, appreciated it. the atmosphere created was quiet. - Amazing and beautiful location - short way from everywhere we needed.

Loved the free WiFi, especially when I was binge-watching Netflix in the garden with river views. And guess what? They even have bicycles for rent! Perfect for those intense cycling sessions nearby.

Oh well, who needs a decent airport nearby anyways? Groningen Eelde Airport is just a hop, skip, and two hours away.

We had the most amazing stay at this B&B! The owner, Norbert, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The view of the river and ducks in the morning was priceless. The breakfast was superb, complete with gluten-free options for me as a celiac. Norbert truly made our stay comfortable and unforgettable.
